Cromwell’s Ruin Gin – with wild-foraged Dorset botanicals

£44.00

There is a definite sweet meadow aroma on the nose from the Wild Chamomile, followed by the sweet floral elderflower, giving this gin its unique and appealing character. With these as the signature aromas a gin was built around them with Juniper, Coriander seed, Chamomile and Lime. The result is a subtly sweet, floral fragrance, with a soft and supple palate displaying a little warmth from the Coriander, a solid Juniper core, and a little citrus zing from lime at the finish.

Description

Cromwell’s Ruin Gin is a creation born in Corfe Castle, Dorset. Carole & Terry own and operate the Village Stores, stocking an amazing 350+ gins, many locally produced, and they wanted a gin that would reflect their local area, and their personalities, for their vibrant shop in Corfe Castle. They foraged just a few minutes from the shop and gathered Wild Chamomile and Elderflower blossoms. There is a definite sweet meadow aroma on the nose, followed by the floral elderflower, giving this gin its unique and appealing character.
